Your Pre Stage Ritual
In this series you will learn to:
- Speak up authentically and powerfully for what you believe in.
- Get clear on your message & have it spread like wildfire.
- Transform any fear or doubt about speaking publicly into total freedom.
- Embody the three most important feminine practices for being naturally confident & charismatic.
If you felt total freedom from fear to share your message,
what would you want to say to the world?
Yes to Queen!
Yes! Belinda! Nice to see you here!
Really love learning about the tail concept! It’s incredible how powerful the imagination can be and how it can help.
Why did I resonate with a bunny tail??
Hi MaryKate,
Yes, very powerful indeed! Glad this resonated with you.
To you and your voice!
Thanks KC, I really needed this at this point in my life! Cannot wait until your speech writing course to start!
Hi Anja,
So glad you will be joining us! It’s going to be a super potent group. So exciting!
To you and your voice!
Great tips on pre-speaking rituals. By the end, I was imagining myself as a Queen hostess with a tail. I thought I would get creative and use them all.
Yes, use them all! So glad to hear this Tracy!
KC, these are great grounding skills!!! As I listened and practiced your tips, I realize I do this naturally when teaching yoga classes. Your wording is spot-on! I feel even more empowered to share my message when I step into the Queen’s energy. I really like when you said we grow even more once we enter into this energy. Our authentic power is limitless!!!! Thank you for the inspiration and reminder!
You are so welcome. So glad this resonated Sandy and yes, our authentic power is incredible and limitless
Yes! I am a queen and I need to start giving myself self care! These videos are so empowering!
Wonderful, KC. As someone who hosts a huge event in front of thousands of people once a year, I can say wholeheartedly that the feeling of being the “hostess of the room” and really “loving my people” is the greatest feeling of joy, power, love and meaning I’ve ever had or could imagine in professional life. I love the way you’ve articulated this here – both the experience of being the hostess, and the queen. As long as the message is right (ie really a message of depth and beauty that’s of benefit to others, as opposed to a “look at me” kind of message) then this is absolutely what the world needs. Wonderful work. Brava!
Thank you for demonstrating and showing this wonderful technique. I have to say here that it is very disturbing when people like you speak about power and confidence in speaking on a stage and yet constantly using such phrases as “a little bit”, “little”, “some kind”, and so forth.
How can you teach other people about being confident on a stage when you show the opposite with a vocabulary you use?
When I watch great(!) and experienced public speakers I hear clear phrases without “bit”, “little”, “kind of” phrases – parasites.
In the context of this wonderful talk by KC I believe it could be called guiding incremental growth. No need to be so petty. Everything in it’s context.Thank you KC.
I just watched the second video. I can feel the power of saying yes to my responsibility, of using my tail to ground me and of focusing on my responsibility to share the message I was born to deliver because my people need to hear it. Thank you, this is brilliant!
This series is extremely powerful and helpful! Thank you for the very specific techniques to try and to practice. I have learned more from you here than in reading several books. Thank you! What a gift you are giving us! Love the Be the Hostess, and imagining people in your living room. I immediately flashed to how people describe the “feeling” of my home… warm, inviting, open, loving. How I can absolutely tap into those feelings to help in my future speaking. Thank you!
What a great training! This made me think differently about public speaking. As someone who has led strong teams and had to speak openly to groups, I still learned some very valuable knowledge that I can share with my teams. The most important thing is that I am able to share KC’s message and change others lives by giving them the skills to stand up for themselves and bring out their worth. Watch out Nashville, we will have a group of ladies ready to take on the stage!
This is awesome! I have a cat named Cuddles. So, of course, my tail was that of a feline. Cuddles is a Bombay which is an American Black cat. I call her my mini panther, LOL! As I was walking through the exercise pretended that I had a tail; I felt strong, balanced, in control and confident. Before I would have an event, I would practice deep breathing and even go to the restroom to look into the mirror to talk to myself and tell myself that I CAN DO THIS! I AM AN AWESOME SPEAKER! I AM CONFIDENT! Now I have my tail.
This was perfect imagining the tail really shifted the energy it was soft and opened up the throat chakra wow brilliant very grounding. The feeling of being a queen divine feminine is a practise of mine and the giving ness that comes with it reiterated here makes perfect sense. The way KC moves on stage and timed relevant gesticulations foster engagement and feminine The soft energy is sensual in a giving way which speaks to the heart which subtly forced one to actively listen and to impact the subconscious. I’m so loving this. Thank you so much
Getting excited to start my Women Speak Group! These are practices I’ve heard before, but presented a little differently. Love it! All the Goddesses are rising!!
Yes! We can’t wait to see your Grand Rapids Circle take off! Reach out to us if you need any support. Let’s do this!
Great tail analogy to a lioness and being queen of your message. Lovely , inspiring.
Thank you for this KC. I have started practicing having a tail in everyday situations.
It feels so good and gently empowering. For me this is an easier, more embodied way to ground than sending down a grounding cord. I imagine it’s OK to use all these practices in everyday life.
I loved this video. My tail was a beautiful white peacock tail! I’m getting so excited to share my message.
If you felt total freedom from fear to share your message,
what would you want to say to the world? I would say
