How to Own the Room
In this series you will learn to:
- Speak up authentically and powerfully for what you believe in.
- Get clear on your message & have it spread like wildfire.
- Transform any fear or doubt about speaking publicly into total freedom.
- Embody the three most important feminine practices for being naturally confident & charismatic.
If you felt total freedom from fear to share your message,
what would you want to say to the world?

Hi KC! I would like people – specially women – to remember that being authentic opens the door for joy and Self care, and this is what it takes to move towards a more happy and fulfilled life. My very best ! Mónica
Yes, yes, yes! Authenticity opens the door to truly living!
So glad to hear from you Monica!
To you and your voice!
Thank you. What you say about the relationship between feeling and showing integrity and trust in ourselves versus gaining trust really opens a doorway for me. Same about the relationship between posture and natural respect.
If I felt total freedom from fear to share a message with the world I would talk the urgent necessity for reintegrating Maternal inclusion in all relationships with all forms of life. I would talk about rediscovering Motherhood as the primal archetypal inclusive and loving power of life, of tribe and belonging. It’s about working on the inner trust to be obtained through collective inclusive practice as well as first impression or stage trust. So we can engage with each other messages and create change, rather than just be all actors with temporary audience. I would say the main lesson life has provided me all along is the importance of creating safe and trustful Maternal communication in all areas through the
practice of inclusion, which is allowing self and others to error as well, as natural part of learning and growing. Patriarchy, past the age of puberty, tends to punish and mortify mistake through humiliation, exclusion or some other way of inflicting trauma. We have introjected that, we think we are over it but we automatically punish others whenever we project on them the full responsibility of a problem we don’t want to look at. When something is wrong we tend to blame the triggers for that and get rid of them to get rid of the problem. It’s a socially supported behaviour from friends and professionals. The world has become a place where people learn to sell themselves as trustworthy, to sell products or services, but refuse the responsibility that comes with it in name of a new God called personal freedom, who legitimises the serial erasing of triggers, seen as cause of a given “problem”. Seneca used to say that the evil we escape is inside. If that were be accepted, one would start to be grateful for the triggers offered by life for introspection or growth. We would begin To see triggers as training camps for overcoming and healing problems. We would not need to eliminate, destroy or escape triggers anymore, people or situations serving us as triggers. That would also enable to create collective spaces of communication and relationships where we can withstand any opinion, presence and feelings, beyond positive and negative. Maybe after some decades of this we could start to see a greater picture coming out of all these views. In such inclusion we each would have space for our integrity and authenticity instead of multiple groups and sects where one truth is to be accepted in toto by everyone and everyone else is the enemy or just simply the Other, the them or the you that is not the I or US. In post imperialism multi ethnic multiperceived realities this practice is crucial because otherwise there will always be outcasts that will usually come from the impoverished classes or oppressed minorities of all kinds. I see the practice of inner and outer acceptance and inclusion needs to start from the Maternal inclusion of outcasts and is the only available way to create safe common spaces for communication and relationships. Safe because they are inclusive and respectful. Nobody gets punished for expression of her truth. Nobody gets kicked out because she is in disagreement with the leader/s or members of a group. That’s the only way to grow collectively, a space born from mutual Maternal care and inclusion however different we may see things. This is what I would share with the world and particularly with women because the revolution starts in our unity and mutual inclusion of the Mother in each of us (not talking about mother as child producer) as well as in our voices. They cannot come out as magnificently as they are supposed to without a solid collective practice of inclusion.
